8.30 The Coronation Anthems – a practical session in which those who wish to sing can sing and those who wish to play instruments can do so. Others are invited to listen as we work on the music.

Wortley Hall is a beautiful 18 th century mansion set in 26 acres of formal gardens and woodland, situated in glorious countryside fairly close to junctions 35a/36 on the M1. Accommodation is offered at a very comfortable standard, with all rooms being en suite. Delegates will enjoy a very comfortable weekend in a fine building, listening to beautiful music and discovering the fascinating story of Handel’s life. All led by the ever popular partnership of Gareth Green and Andrew Padmore, who will keep us on the edge of our seats with their usual combination of knowledge and good humour.
